PROGRAM  CONTENT

 

Indian Drug System will be examined in full detail. There will be discussions on many topics including licencing, patent procedures, clinical research, pricing, accreditization and pharmacovigilance.

Also, Indian raw material producers, synthesis labs, bioequivalence and clinical work CROs as well as formulation firms will have a chance to introduce themselves to the Turkish market via stands, and business opportunities and future possibilities of cooperation will be discussed in meetings of two or more.

B – STAND RESERVATION AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT:

 

It is possible to reserve stand space for this event as well. The stands can be reserved through MT AGENCY and they are standard stands. For more information please see below. Please note that additional stand equipment can be rented if there is need.

 

It is possible to publish an advertisement  of your firm in the event catalogue, and you may also rent additional space for  workshops, presentations about your firm, meetings, or events you would like to host during the conference.  An additional fee will apply to utilize these spaces.

INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FORM FOR FIRMS THAT WISH TO RESERVE A STAND (FORM 2)

 

a.  INFORMATION:

 

* ORGANIZATION DATES AND TIMES                                :

 

   The event will start at 09:00 am on April 17th, 2006 and will end at 12:30 on April 19th. 

 

 

EMPTY  STAND SPACE – STAND RENTALS:

 

(If the firms prefer not to utilize these stands, they can be provided empty stand spaces.

In that case, firms will be responsible for providing their stands and setting up their materials. MT Agency will only provide basic electricity for these firms that are only utilizing the empty stand space. The empty stand spaces can be received between 12:00 noon and 16:00 on April 16, 2006)

 

In the Sakarya 1 and 2 Ballrooms of Bilkent Hotel, MT Agency will set up “standard” stands and they will be rented out to participating firms.

 

 

The firms that choose to rent our standart stands will receive:

 

- A spotlight per each 3 m2

- Labels with the firms name on it

- The electricity

- A group of sockets

- A table and two chairs.

 

The stands will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

The stands will all be set up and ready for use at 19:30 pm on April 16th, 2006.

 

All participants can rent out additional stand material from MT Agency. (Detailed price table can be found in the final section of this form)

 

Various stand areas are   6 , 8, and  9 m2. Firms can buy more than one stand and widen their stand area if they choose to do so.

 

Please note below that the fee for a 6 m2 standard stand is 5.000 $ (USD), However, the reservations that are made by April 05 may reserve bigger stands for the same amount.

 

The reservations that are made  after April 05 will not be able to take advantage of the same offer, and will have to pay and extra $250 for each additional m2.

 

 

 *   MT Agency is only responsible for the clean-up of general areas like corridores and general display area.

 

*   The exhibition space insured  for disasters like fire and flood. However, the stands and the materials on/ around the stand space are outside of this coverage. The coverage also does not include personal items such as mobile phones, Picture or video cameras, etc.

 

*  MT Agency can not be held responsible for the security of the goods during the preparations, setting – up, display, and break- down of the fair. Please do not leave your areas and valuable goods unattended.

 

The use of screwguns, pins, paint or anything that will alter the stand panels and other rented spaces and surfaces permanently is forbidden. You may only use removable foil for displaying your signs and logos.

 

 

                   STAND RENTAL FEE:      Single Facade Stand : 5.000.-$

                                                              Double Facade Stand : 7.000.-$

                                        

                                *Empty stand spaces are also the same prices.

 

 

 

FRONTAL LABEL INFO                                                       :

 

Frontal Labels are 25 cm. high and 200 cm wide. The names and titles of the firms will be provided to MT Agency prior to the event with advanced notice. If the name is too long and there is no abbreviation provided, MT Agency might abbreviate the title.

 

If the firm representatives wish to do so, they may mount their firms’ logo on the frontal label themselves
